A black and white photograph of dormitories built on the lake shore adjacent to Whitby harbour.
Notes
These dormitories were for prisoners from the Guelph Reformatory who built the Ontario Hospital at Whitby from 1913 to 1916.

This picture was printed in the Gazette and Chronicle newspaper on June 25, 1913.
