The centre is located at 4600 Garrard Road North Hours of operation Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Replacements bins are free. You can also buy and exchange bins at the Household Special Waste Depot at 1998 Bowmanville Ave., Bowmanville. The Household Special Waste Depot is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Some local municipalities may offer bin sale and exchange services.
