Description
This photo was taken on 2020-04-17. It depicts a publicly accessible chalkboard on the side of the building that formerly housed the Whitby Chamber of Commerce at 128 Brock Street South. On the chalkboard someone has written a message, dated April 1, 2020 at 9:00 pm.

The text on the sign reads as follows:
"April 1, 2020 - 9pm/21:00 hrs.

The collectively international foreign diplomatic culture objective for Whitby, Ontario, Canada began its pioneering days when multi-ethnic settlers sought to cultivate a democratically fair life with capable and just, political leadership that demonstrated humane, respectful, reliable defensive safety to accomplish socio-political stability. Today, we need the same principled and trustworthy leadership. During this challenging time, know that biological threats can be prevented and defeated; Eat and drink clean, whole foods high in vitamin C, rich in antioxidants, practise safe, ethical distancing, keep the faith, and lest we forget those unecessarily, tragically, and preventably taken in every country by this rapicious, unscrupulous and atrocious terrorization. Be encouraged, we will win against this ill, with every good act, "we" will be victorious. See more of [illegible]."
