Durham Regional Police began an investigation after a female student enrolled in an esthetics and spa management program came forward and said a man who had registered for spa services with her had touched her inappropriately, police reported. The suspect was unknown to the victim, police added. Kin Wong, 28, has been charged with sexual assault. He was released on an undertaking. Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims.
