Margaret is predeceased by her dear sister Marie Woodward (Roger) and her parents Beatrice and John Falconer. She is survived by her loving husband Moe, 2 daughters: Reverend Doctor Gailmarie Henderson (Jeff) of Gravenhurst, Ontario and Janice Wood (Bob) of Whitehorse, Yukon. She is also survived by her grandchildren: BJ (Becca) of London, Ontario, Faith (Darren) of Orillia, Dusty (Jenn) of Gravenhurst, Hannah and Jack of Whitehorse, Yukon. Margaret also had four great-grandchildren: Norah, Oscar, Isabell and Graydon. Margaret will be fondly remembered by her dear friends Theresa and Ralph Luke of Oshawa and nieces/ nephews Cathy Wood of Oshawa, Joe Wood (deceased) Debbie Woodward of California and Brian Woodward of Orillia, Ontario. Margaret was born in Gelert, Ontario but moved to Toronto at a young age to complete her training for nursing. She worked for several years in a large Toronto Hospital before moving to Oshawa to become a full-time wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed playing bridge and crib, was a long-time member of the Anglican Church Women and volunteered as a door-to-door canvasser for the Heart & Stroke Foundation. She will be remembered for her famous apple pies and cabbage salad. A special thanks to all the wonderful staff at Sunrise Senior Apartments for their kind support and care this past decade. She was a caring, kind, thoughtful individual with a photographic memory and she was energetic and organized to a "T". She will always remain a bright spot in the memory of her friends and family.
