Charles will be missed by his family in Malta. He was a good husband and father, who was devoted to his family. He came to Canada in 1950, and worked hard to establish a life for his family. He dedicated his working life to the same aluminum company for 45 years. Charles was an avid Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs fan. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 29, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home (124 King St. E., Oshawa). He was the son of the late William and Cathlene Kingsley. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife of 66 years, Georgie. He was a loving father to his children Heather Weidmark (Vince), Helen Meenan (John), Alan (Susan) and Earl (Tracy).
