Enter Beer League Hockey Practice. It's described as "a fun and safe environment for adults who are new to the game, started playing when they were older, or haven't played in a while." Certified coaches lead weekly practices at Oshawa's Tribute Communities Centre that can help you build confidence and ability as a hockey player, even if you're a beginner. Work on skating, shooting, passing, stick handling, positioning, and along the way have some fun with fellow beer leaguers.
