Metroland file photo Durham College celebrated more than 900 graduates getting their credentials at two Fall Convocation ceremonies in late October. The group included the first cohorts from the college's new Pharmaceutical Science and Environmental Health and Safety Management programs. Also graduating this fall were students from the: • Faculty of Business, • Faculty of Hospitality & Horticultural Science, • Faculty of Media, Art & Design, • Faculty of Science, Engineering & Information Technology, • Faculty of Skilled Trades & Apprenticeship, • Faculty of Health Sciences, • Faculty of Liberal Studies, • Faculty of Social & Community Services, • Professional and Part-time Learning. Graduates were joined by Durham College employees, friends and family to celebrate their post-secondary accomplishments. The class of 2022 was addressed by alumnus Thao Nghiem, a 2018 graduate of Durham College's Music Business Administration program. Nghiem is the co-director of the Oshawa Music Awards and co- founder of the Vietnam Music Industry Network, which launched the first Viet- nam Music Week in June 2021.
