Her Port Perry dance studio, Step With Style, is matching the money she raises for her MGL Foundation dollar for dollar. Mya is selling candy door-to-door in Courtice, at her school and in Port Perry at the holiday sale on Nov. 26. You can also donate through her Instagram account, @mya.grace.litvak. Last year she raised $1,236.50; this year's goal is $2,000. Susie Kockerscheidt/Metroland MORE SURPRISES FROM MYA Resound Choir on Nov. 12 presented its "RESOUND Remembers" concert to more than 300 people over two performances at St. George's Anglican Church in Oshawa. Business Manager Anna Hughes noted the choir honoured fallen soldiers by reading letters written by Private William James Garrow, "a young soldier from Oshawa who gave his life for our freedom in the spring of 1916."
