The bank depended on him to resolve tricky situations, such as customers misplacing their safety deposit box keys. He would open the drawers and make new keys, saving the day for the bank and their customers. On June 6, 1971, the Brooklin community lost Ken leaving a void that was deeply felt by all who knew him.
