Col. Bick, officer, commanding the 34th Regiment, is anxious to form a Whitby company. For several years the county town has not been represented by a company at the annual camp at Niagara, and the Colonel is anxious to see a change for the better. When young men from Whitby do enlist, they are entered in other companies. Although Col. Bick has been in command but a short time, he is showing a very energetic spirit. May his efforts to organize a Whitby squad prove successful. The County Town ought to be well represented.
