The palace steamer Garden City has been chartered by the Ancient Order of United Workmen of Whitby and Pickering to run an excursion on Tuesday nest July 2nd, to Oak Orchard N. Y., at the very low rate of 90 cents for adults and 50 for children. Oak Orchard is an American terminus of the proposed international ferry, and is said to be the best summer resort on the Workmen look for a very large attendance, and we doubt not that a great day’s enjoyment is in store for us.
