- A black and white photograph of a nurse and eleven unidentified soldiers on the steps of one of the cottages at the military hospital.
- Notes
- The Military Hospital later became known as Ontario Hospital Whitby and then became known as Whitby Psychiatric Hospital, a mental health facility in Whitby, Ontario. Only two of the buildings remain standing to this day and one is slated to be torn down and replaced with a replica building. In 1996 the Whitby Mental Health Centre was opened, replacing the Whitby Psychiatric Hospital.
