A black and white photograph of two Nurses' Residences at Whitby Military Convalescent Hospital.
Notes
The two nurses' residences shown in this photograph were officially opened by Mrs. W.J. Hanna on August 15, 1923. They were called the "Lena Davis Home" and the "Naomi Barker Home" after nurses who died during the First World War. These buildings served as nurses' residences until a new residence was opened in 1963.
