- A black and white photograph of Norman George Bailey. It is labeled "Norman Geo Bailey" on black tape with gold coloured typeface directly on the photograph. This photograph was on the front of the second leaf of Alex Brown's album and located in the top right pocket. This leaf had 4 pockets for photos on each side. In the top left pocket was this photo of N.G. Bailey. The top right photo was of Allan Bath. At bottom left is Robert Correll and bottom right Robert John Gunn Dow.

- Alex Brown is a local Whitby area veteran. He is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
Norman George Bailey was born at Brooklin on July 16, 1887, according to the Ontario births register (please see the comments section for more information about his vital statistics). He was the son of Edward Bailey and Rosetta Bourst. He enlisted in the 116th Battalion of Ontario County in 1916 and was killed in action on May 3, 1917 at Hill 60, Vimy Ridge, France. - Date of Original
