- Black and white photograph of the interior of Theodore McGillivray's law office. Shelf in background containing books and three men sitting at desks. Man at the right side of photograph is sitting at a typewriter. Mr. McGillivray is seated at left. The other two men in the picture are unidentified.

- Theodore McGillivray (died in 1925) was a lawyer and later an Ontario County Judge at Whitby. The location of his law office in the 1890s is not known.
