- A black and white photograph of Frederick Whitmore Jones (1890-1972). He is wearing glasses.
- Notes
- Frederick Whitmore Jones was born at Whitby in 1890, son of Fred Jones. He joined Composite Lodge AF and AM in 1912 and celebrated his 50th year in Masonry in 1963. He was Worshipful Master of Composite Lodge in 1924, Principal of Keystone Chapter, Royal Arch Masons in 1920 and Preceptor of St. John the Almoner Preceptory in 1923. He learned the grocery business in the store of Arthur T. Lawler in Whitby and later worked as a traveler for the Ely Blain Company of Toronto. Following that position he was placed in charge of their branch warehouse at St. Thomas, Ontario. He served 50 years in the Wholesale Grocery business. By 1963 her was retired and living in London, Ontario. He died at London, Ontario on February 18, 1972 and is buried in St. John's Norway Cemetery, Toronto.
