- This house was located at the north-west corner of Byron and Gilbert Streets. It was demolished in 1977.
It is suspected that this house was owned by artits Florence McGillivray and her sister and mother in the early 20th century. From this location, Florence taught art classes to the Whitby community and sold some of her art. - Date of Original
