The people in the carriage are likely Mr. William Henry Higgins and his wife, Mrs. Emma Hannah Keller (Higgins).
The children in the photo are likely all Higginses:
Francis (b. 1858), Emma and Anna (b. 1861), Margaret (b.1864), Elizabeth (b. 1868), Mary (b. 1870), Ellen (b. 1872), and Amy (b. 1875). The other two children, Florence (b. 1877) and Stafford (b. 1879) were likely inside during this drawing because they were too young to play outside.
