- George Sonley and Ann Walker were married at Lincolnshire, England in 1827. They had five children and moved to Canada sometime before 1843. Their three known children were George (1828-1876), Henry (1835-1906), and Thomas (1843-1915).
Henry Hodgson Sonley (1835-1906) married Jane Rundle in 1862 at Brock Township. They had 12 children. Shortly after their marriage, Jane and Henry moved to Whitby Township where they settled on a farm at the north-west corner of Highway 12 and Concession 4. - Date of Original
