My one aunt sitting in the front row as a child searched the family for years.

The family were United Empire Loyalists.

My grandmother was married with a glove.

The family goes back to Pennsylvania as pioneers.

One was the Williams in the Declaration!

My grandmother M. Knox had worked at Eatons in Toronto. Her family had a farm in King.

In the TV program of T. Eatons

she was in it. She was a milliner.

Penny loafers!

George had worked for Standard Oil at Niagara Falls.

Two of my aunts worked at a store at Table Rock. They actually got to meet some American Presidents.

Way back, some were given a tract of land on the St. Lawrence. They had been in the Royal Regiment.

My moms sister was going to write a book but never did.

Lots of history.
