Photo taken at Way Street, Brooklin in 1908 at the 50th anniversary of Thomas and his wife. My grandfather Joseph Raymond Vickery (son of Kate Wilson, Thomas's youngest daughter) is seated beside his aunt who is at the head of the table. He was thirteen years old when the photo was taken. The picture was taken by George I wilson who was a photographer in Whitby and also Thomas's youngest son. The original printed photo hangs in my hallway here in Milton.
Thank you for clarifying this picture for me. I too have an original copy of this picture. William James Wilson was my great grandfather, Clara Viola Wilson (his daughter) was my Grandmother. My cousin and I were wondering what the occasion was, as our Grandmother Clara was married in 1907 and we believe the reception was held at that location. I would surely like to know any further information or see any more pictures if at all possible from the person who left the comments on the 23rd of October 2014. We must be related in some capacity and perhaps could share some information.
