Rules and Regulations 1. All exhibitors will be charged $1.00 membership fee, which will allow one entry. Additional entries, 50c. each, except where otherwise specified. Entries must be made to the Secretary or Assistant Secretary before 10.30 on morning of Fair, and mailed before May 18th. 2. Necessary attendants for live stock will be admit' ted to the grounds free of charge. 3. All exhibits must be the bonafide property of the exhibitor. 4. All exhibits must be at owner's risk. 5. All stock must be securely tied, and cattle must be shown on halter. 6. Judging will commence at 2 p.m. sharp. 7. No animal will be allowed to compete in more than one class except for herds and specials and class 1, sections 8 and 9, class 2, sections 5 and 6, class 5, sec. 8. 8. No animal or article deemed unworthy shall be awarded a premium. No premium shall be withheld merely because there is no competition, but the Judge shall award the grade of premium according to the merits of the animal or article exhibited. 9. In all cases the judges' decision will be final. 10. Protests, if any, must be made in writing, signed and filed with the Secretary, together with a deposit of $2.00 on the day of the Fair. Deposit will be forfeited if protest is not sustained. 11. Prize money will be paid by cheque within ten days after the Fair. 12. Ages of all cattle to be computed from 1st of June. 13. The Brooklin Fair Association will not be responsible for accidents. 14. Admission to grounds: Adults 25c; children under twelve years, 10c.; and 50c. for each rig or auto.
