Record of a special meeting of the Council of the Village of Winnetka, Cook County, Illinois, duly called by the presi- dent of the Village of Winnetka, and held in the Council Chamber of the Vil- lage Hall in the Village of Winnetka, Cook County, Illinois, at eight o'clock p. m., Tuesday, April 27, A. D. 1915, pur- suant to said call, and due notice of said meeting delivered by the village clerk at the residences of the other members of the Council of the Village of Winnetka. The meeting was duly called to order by President Rummler. The clerk then called the roll which showed the following trustees to be pres- ent: President Rummler, Trustees Heller, Northrop, Ostrom and Warmington; and Trustees Nicholls and Wolf, absent. On motion of Trustee Northrop, sec- onded by Trustee Heller, all the trustees present voting aye, and carried, the read- ing of the minutes of the previous meet- ing and the regular order of business were dispensed with.
