By selling 6 per cent bonds, se- cured by houses already built for workingmen, the association pur- poses financing the erection of sev- eral communities of homes. The houses are to be sold under a plan which permits purchase of a $7.500 building for $5,000 in installments, the monthly payments to include life, health; accident and fire insurance.
