Dodd of the University of Chicago will give his ~ popular lecture on Thomas Jefferson, on the evening of March 4, at the clubhouse. Bailey, first vice- president of the Illinois Federation of Women's Clubs, presided at a luncheon meeting of leading club women at noon Friday, February 18, in the Marshall Field store South Grill Party Room. The meeting was held for the purpose of organizing groups of women prominent in phil- anthropic enterprises in the coming campaign to raise by public subscrip- tion $250,000 to enlarge the scope of Chicago Junior Home and Farm School.
