This is the first paid performance of the group of amateurs, comprising the Drama club and its department "The Community Players," and the cast selected for the play is a promise that those interested in the develop- ment of Community drama will be well rewarded by attendance on Wednesday evening. COMMUNITY HOUSE CALENDAR WEEK OF APRIL 17TH, 1922 While some of the regular gym- nasium activities are closing for the vear, or are being transferred to the out-of-doors, there are some special and outstanding events to take place in Community House during the com- ing week. On Wednesday evening, April 19, the Winnetka Players Committee of the Community Drama Club will pre- sent to the public the play "A Single Man." This will be given in the Gym- nasium, and a small fee will be asked. The Community Drama Club needs no | introduction to Winnetka people. The | excellent work which this organiza- | tion has done in dramatics is well known, and a delightful evening is assured to those who can plan to at- | tend. On Saturday, April 22nd, beginning at 10:30 the Camp Fire Girls of Win- netka will hold a_ Food Sale and Bazaar in the Assembly Room of Com- munity House. All kinds of baked goods and delicious foods will be on sale, as well as fancy articles for the home.
