She was accompanied by Miss Grace Davison of Chambersburg, Pa., who is to be her guest during the month of social activities that will precede her marriage to Hubert Brok- er of Gettysburg Pa. --_-- Miss Elizabeth Jackson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Jackson of Ken- ilworth, is leaving Sept. 21 for New York. She will sail from there Sept. 26 on the Providence for Italy, to at- tend Miss Nixon's school this winter, in Florence. Miss Jackson intended making her debut this season, but changed her plans. --O-- Mrs. Leon M. Allen of Kenilworth will entertain the North Shore Welles- ley club on Tuesday, September 15, at its all-day sewing meeting in prep- aration for "Petticoat Lane," the four-college benefit to be held at the Evanston Country club in November. The Misses Emily and Dorothy Foresman are entertaining at Lunch- eon and bridge at Indian Hill Country club today in honor of Miss Grace Davison of Chambersburg, Pa., who is the guest of Miss Ruth Woodward. es The Misses Harriet and Elizabeth Stuart, formerly of Kenilworth, have returned from the east, where they went to see their brothers, Harry and Charles Stuart, off for Europe.
