Building lots for residences only in beautiful Highland Park in the North Shore dis- trict, five to eight minutes from rapid steam and electric transportation--(C. & N. W. Railway, and Chicago & Milwaukee Electric), 188 trains a day, 35 to 40 minutes from Chicago and these lots now selling as low as $30.00 a front foot, beginning Saturday. Sunset Terrace in Highland Park For two years we searched up and down the North Shore for just such a choice location where the right kind of people of good incomes ($3,600 to $15,000 a year) could build their homes. At last in Sunset Terrace we found the location. Nowhere else could we find property with the advantages of location, transportation, natural drainage, good roads and streets, schools, golf links, private community bathing beach and social environment, as they exist in Sunset Terrace in beautiful Highland Park. Ideal Location and Natural Beauty Within five to eight minutes' walk west from the railroad stations on Central Avenue or West Park Avenue you come to Sunset Terrace, or turn west at Green Bay Road and Central Avenue and drive a few short blocks to Sunset Terrace. Here you will see the gently sloping naturally drained new part of Highland Park. Community Golf Links and Bathing Beach Immediately to the north of Sunset Terrace across West Park Avenue is the Exmoor Country Club, to the east is Sunset Park (the Natural City Park). To the south immediately across Central Avenue (a paved road running from Highland Park to Deerfield and Waukegan Road) is the Community Golf Links (only $10.00 a year). In the distance the beautiful Skokie Valley lies below you. Sunset Terrace is ideally located for your every need; ac- cessible, rapid transportation, drainage, beauty of its sloping grounds, schools, churches, golf, recre- ations, private community bathing beach, etc. Landscape and Improvements The landscaping is finished. The lots are laid out along the winding streets with wide parkways as required by Highland Park ordinances--additional elm trees have been planted, and being part of High- land Park this property carries with it the rights to the conveniences of city life, sewer, gas, water, electricity, fine schools, churches, community func- tions with unusual social and educational oppor- tunities. Only $30, and up, a Foot This low price will startle the real estate world. $30.00 a front foot, and up, in beautiful Highland Park, payable on convenient, easy terms. This is the best value we have seen in twenty years of real estate activity and is only possible because we were fortunate in purchasing this property under conditions which made the price very low to us, and because we desire to use this as a model for future opera- tions on the North Shore. Come see this wonderful new part of Highland Park for yourself.
