Last week the Tamakwa group, with Miss Ruth Pease, guard- jan, and the Witawentin group, with Miss Clara Harch, guardian, had this instruction. It is planned to have the different Camp Fire groups in turn attend these meetings, and all of the groups meet with Dr. Christopher on February 16. Because of the annual dinner of the Congregational church which will be held in the Gymnasium on Thursday, the regular gym activities for that evening will be omitted, as will the usual dancing classes in the Assem- bly room on Thursday afternoon. Troop No. 2 of the Boy Scouts meets with the Scoutmaster, Mr. Jack Anderson, each Tuesday eve- ning in the Assembly room, and joins with Troop 1 in work in the Gym- nasium on the second and fourth Thursdays in the month. A group of older boys from the Country Day school is meeting each Thursday afternoon for basketball practice in the Gymnasium with Mr. Jack Anderson. The morning Gymnasium class for women which meets on Tuesday and Thursday mornings with Mr. Harry Clarke as instructor is the largest gymnasium class ever enrolled in Comunity House, ninety women being registered. James Austin Richards at the Winnetka Congregational church to- morrow morning. Among other things Mr. Richards wishes to discuss the liquor problems in Winnetka, believ- ing the church people have some im- mediate and important duties in con- nection with it.
