WINNETKA WEEKLY TALK, SATURDAY, APRIL 14, 1923 GIRL DISPLAYS DANCING TALENT Provides Real Surprise at Local Entertainment Little Miss Leona A. Ardys Wehr- heim, 12 year old school girl dancer, proved the surprise of the evening Monday at the entertainment given uw Leona Ardys Wehrheim : y i by the Indian Hill Improvement as- sociation at the Winnetka Woman's club. The early part of the evening was given over to an entertainment of highest calibre. Mrs. Charles Ascheim opened the program with a series of brilliantly executed numbers for the pianoforte. Miss Mina Hager enter- tained with a group of delightfully rendered vocal selections. Followed a program of dancing by little Miss Wehrheim, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Wehrheim of 426 Sunset road, who displayed remark- able talent in a clever and dexterous exhibition of toe dancing. The entertainment proved there is no dearth of talent in Winnetka, not to mention the Indian Hill section. Dancing followed the entertain- ment. The social evening was given in honor of the members of the cast of the "Jollies of 1923," a minstrel-mus- ical comedy event staged by the as-| sociation last January.
