It is a nursery guide book from the pen of a famous child specialist. "Piggly Wiggly All Over Town" now has a literal application in Winnetka. Peter Holtz installed a Piggly Wiggly store this week in the new McGuire and Orr building on Lincoln avenue. John Svinson, manager two years at the Wil- mette Piggly Wiggly, is to take charge of the Winnetka store which opens its doors to local shoppers today. And it will be some opening!
