USE RUBBER ACE FOR INNER TUBE New Product Eliminates An- noying Tire Problem A new system of making tires more efficient is being demonstrated by the A. B. C. Service stations, Inc., of Hubbard Woods. Rubber Ace is described as a new pro- duct which is used in the interior of tires and replaces the inner tube. The substance is rubber with a wedge inside which gives perfect fit at all points on the tire. The system uses a rubber sponge which really imprisons thousands of air bubbles, so that the tire is inflated with rubber and air. Rubber Ace, its makers explain, is really nothing but a pure rubber sponge manufactured by a secret process speci- ally treated to prolong the lasting quali- ties of the rubber. By the process of manufacture a successful method of mastering air and locking air in millions of minute cells has been accomplished, the finished product being a cellular pneumatic tire. By a system of wedges a very great flexibility of installation is made pos- sible so that every casing, old or new, is fitted like a glove. This feature is fully protected by patents. Some of the largest companies in the Depreciation A large factor in the deprecia- tion of an automobile is careless- mess in caring for its appearance. Keep a car painted nicely and you keep its value up. L. P. BAKER & CO. GLENCOE Automobile Painting and Repairing 404 Glencoe Road Phone Glencoe 986 United States have adopted Rubber Ace as standard equipment. Hundreds of let- ters from them tell of the service the product is giving throughout the country. Need No Shock Absorbers Some of the products have been in service for four years or more and have given service all that time and are still running well. Users have found that they can dispense with shock absorbers on their cars because the shocks are taken care of by the resiliency of the tires equipped with Rubber Ace. For many years various engineers throughout the country have tried to secure a substitute for air to eliminate the dangers and annoyance of flat tires, blow-outs, etc. They all worked alon, the lines of a tire filler which woul completely fill the tire. They nevér thought of building an inner tube that would still retain the features of air and yet be resilient. Rubber Ace uses the principle of air and adds very little weight to the tire. Rubber Ace has been tested by many well known concerns throughout the country and found efficient over a long period and on many types of vehicles, it is said.
