Smith and Harold Smith of Highland Park, passed away at the Evanston hospital Thursday, November 29. Mr. Smith was for many years a prominent figure in railway circles and editor of the Railway Review. He was a former trustee of the Uni- versity of Chicago and was chief of the Transportation department at the World's Fair.
