D. 1924. Thereupon a summons issued out of said Court against the defendants above named and ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, returnable at the County Court House in the City of Chicago, in said County, on the twenty-second day of September, A. D. 1924, as is by law required, which proceeding is still pending.
