He makes the statement that on every occasion when the TArLk has published information of this sort the writer of the dead letter has been located. The postmaster's note follows: "A letter addressed to Mrs. Louis Gro- dent, 1634 Charles street, Winnetka, Ill, mailed on October 9, 1924, has been re- turned from the dead letter office with a request to find the sender.
