The closing recital in the North Shore Chamber Music series will be given, not on March 29, as heretofore an- nounced, but on Sunday afternoon, April 5, at 4 o'clock. The place, as Ella Spravka usual, is the Kenilworth assembly hall. Those who are not subscribers and yet desire to attend may secure tickets of admission at the door. The program will be given by the Czerwonky Trio. which was heard with so much satisfaction last season. The violinist and leader is Richard Czer- wonky, musician of high ability and interpretive power. He has a national reputation not only as a virtuoso but as a great teacher. He is head of the violin department of Bush conserva- tory. The piano will be played by Madame Ella Spravka, an artist of rare charms and exceptional gifts. She has had successful appearances in London, Paris, New York, and Chicago, where her engaging personality and brilliant playing won enthusiastic praise from both critics and public. She will be welcomed in Kenilworth by numerous friends and admirers. The third member of this well-known trio is Hans Wagner, a cellist favor- ably known not only in Chicago and suburbs, but also throughout the United States. His beauty of tone and technical skill on this wonderful in- strument have gained for him an en- viable reputation. A gprogram of real enjoyment is ed for this occasion. Of the remaining 197% cents the cents are divided as follows: Land- scaping, 3 cents; builder's profit, 9.4 cents; architect's fee, 4.5 cents, and financing, 1.6 cents. This analysis is based upon actual construction costs of nine houses ranging in price from $9,100 to $23,000 and averaging $15,000. Building Grants Increase With Beginning of Spring Glencoe builders are erecting a number of new homes, permits for which have been taken out recently. 'Thomas IY.
