Se Foren 10 WINNETKA TALK "Moon" Baker to Perform in Game Against Carleton Grid fans who have been waiting to see Ralph "Moon" Baker, Northwest- ern's fleetfooted halfback, perform the feats which brought him nation-wide fame last fall will have that oppor- tunity gratified here Saturday, follow- ing the announcement by Coach Glenn Thistlethwaite that he plans to use his ace against the invading Carleton college eleven from Northfield, Minn. News from the North brings word that Carleton has assembled the strongest aggregation it has had since back in 1916 when the doughty North- erners came down to Chicago and trounced Coach Stagg's Maroons. Carleton will bring an experienced team to Evanston. Every man on the first string squad is a veteran of at least one year of play and the back- field, which contains the flashy "Chuck" O'Brien at quarter, has been playing together for two years. O'Brien is a player much like Baker. He is about the same build and like "Moon" is of the triple threat variety. He can pass, kick and carry the ball equally well.
