"Non-Drinker" Fined for Being Intoxicated Theodore Kinsch, 418 Eugene street, Chicago, was fined $50 and costs by Police Magistrate D. M. Mickey Mon- day of this week, on a charge of driving a motor car while intoxicated. Kinsch was arrested on Ridge avenue Saturday evening by Motorcycle Po- liceman John DeGroot, when the latter noticed him steering from one side of the road to the other. Two partially full bottles of liquor and a number of empty ones were found in Kinsch's car, the police assert.
