22 _WINNETKA TALK Realty Firm Sells Two Kenilworth Home Sites Two residence sites, the northeast and southeast corners of Kenilworth avenue and Ridge road, have been sold to undisclosed purchasers recent- ly, by the A. H. Kraus real estate company, it. was learned this week. James Brooks of the Kraus company, was the broker in the transaction and $92,000 is the price reported to have been paid for the lots. The A. H. Kraus company has bought many acres in the Ridge avenue section from time to time and much of the territory has now been annexed either by Kenil- worth or Wilmette. OPEN CLUB MUSICALES Phyllis Eileene Barry, Glencoe's 'cellist, will open the musicales of the Hamilton club of Chicago Sunday af- ternoon, October 25, with the "Lon- donderry Trio." The other members of this trio are Mrs. Harold E. Knapp, harpist of the Evanston Symphony, well known in north shore musical circles, and Louis Puppilo, Italian violinist.
