iin. 22 l WINNETKA : TALK November 7, 1925 Woman's Clubs of the Tenth District Meet November 10 The Tenth District, I. F. W. C., will meet at the Rogers Park Woman's club at 10 o'clock, November 10, Mrs. Wm. F. Farrell, president, presiding. This will be the first meeting of the vear and will be featured as Dis- trict day. The morning session will be de- voted to reports from the district chairman, followed by Mrs. Samuel Horner, who will speak on the new plan of completing the endowment fund. Luncheon will be served at 12:30 o'clock. Mrs. J. Marc Fowler, first vice- president of the I. F. W. C., will be the first speaker of the afternoon and her subject will be "The Work of the Federation." Following Mrs. Fowler; Mrs. George F. Plummer, chairman of the depart- ment of applied education in the General federation will speak on "Edu- cation Plus." The Woman's Neighborhood club of Rogers Park will furnish the music.
