November 7, 1925 WINNETKA TALK Local Hockeyites Win Easy Victory over Evanstonians Winnetka's field hockey team en- joyed an easy victory over the Evans- ton contingent in the women's hockey circuit Tuesday of this week, achieving a final score of 14 to 2. Miss Dorothy Klotz was high scorer with 6, while Mrs. W. Dow Harvey was second with 4 and Miss Montgomery and Mrs. McLaren had 3 and 1, respectively. Winnetka's line-up was Mrs. Mec- Laren, Miss Montgomery, Mrs. Har- vey, Miss Helen Davis, Mrs. Walter Fisher, Mrs. Paul Starr, Mrs. Herbert Brown, Mrs. Henry Tenney, Mrs. Em- mons Blaine, Jr., Mrs. Taylor, Mrs. Henry Urion and Miss Klotz. In Tuesday's fray Mrs. Paul Starr sustained a severe injury when she was struck in the face with a hockey stick. She was taken to the Evanston hospital. The injury was said not to be serious. The Winnetkans were scheduled to meet the Lincoln Park hockeyites Fri- day morning of this week at Lincoln Park. The disbanded Lake Forest team has provided several star players for the Chicago aggregation and a real battle was anticipated. Winnetka Girl Acts as Bridesmaid in the East Miss Lois Coffin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Coffin of 841 Prospect avenue, was one of the bridesmaids at the marriage of Miss Elizabeth Board- man Mosle, to Charles Albert Wight- man, which occurred Tuesday, Octo- ber 27, in St. George's church, New York City.
