Martin. Beethoven HEAR BEAUTIFUL CONCERT Nearly 200 members and guests of the Mu Phi Epsilon sorority gathered in the spacious music room of the log Cabin home of Mrs. Asa B. Coolev on Scott avenue Wednesday when a de- lightful program was given by Wally Heymar, Lillian Pringle, Agnes Con- over, Anna Burmeister, Margaret Farr, and Sydnie Cooley, with Agnes Con- over and Sylvia Bargman Wentworth, accompanists. : GIVE PLEASURE TO VETS Anita Willets Burnham will give a chalk talk on her European trip next week for the disabled veterans at Great Lakes. Mrs. Frederick Dickinson, Mrs. William Van Horne, and Milton Higgins will give a sketch of a fasci- nating little drama by Lady Gregory for the boys the following week. Maurice G. Ivins, baritone, will give the program at the Noonday reciral at Kimball hall Friday, March 5. These Friday programs, which attract many musical folk of Winnetka and the north shore, are open to the public without admission charge.
