James Austin Richards of the Winnetka Congregational church is to perform the ceremony. George Masson of Windsor Canada, is to be the best man. Mr. Behlen and his bride will reside in New York. The romance of Miss Fentress and Mr. Behlen is the culmination of their association while they were studying abroad. Miss Fentress met Mr. Behlen in Rome where he was studying archi- tecture. Miss Fentress later went to Vienna where she studied music. Mr. and Mrs. Byron V. Kanaley of 1734 Asbury avenue, Evanston, and Mrs. Kanaley's mother, Mrs. Blanche S.
