Highland Park Man to Occupy Wilmette Home Andrew Frankovitz, of 1715 Elm- |wood avenue, is building one of the {many homes which are being erected on Seventeenth street, Wilmette, this season, and which A. E. Schooley, of Highland Park, in charge of construc- tion, hopes to have ready for occu- pancy by the middle of October. It is located at No. 200. It will be of Ee prick veneer construction, comprising six roorss and sun parlor and there will be a two-car garage. The improve- ments it is said are costing about $10,000. Newly-Weds to Occupy Spanish Type Bungalow Unusual interest is centered about the Spanish bungalow which is being erected at 230 17th street, Wilmette, by George Gauger, of 229 Linden ave- nue, Wilmette, which is to be the home of his daughter, Miss Edna, who is to be married soon to Chester Gould, of Evanston. Evenings by Appointment veneer house at No. Builds New Homes in Fast Growing Wilmette District Andrew Thorp, who has been identi- fied with the building interests in Wil- mette for a number of years, is an- other of the local builders who have gone in strong for the Seventeenta street property which has enjoyed such an active market since its subdivision by Hoyt King, only three years ago. Mr. Thorp built his first home here a few months ago, at No. 211 and oc- cupied it himself last spring. It is a pretty six-room, Dutch colonial of brick and is for sale, Mr. Thorp says, at $19,500. He has also just completed a pretty six-room, English colonial, brick 112, with sun parlor, breakfast nook and two-car garage, which he is offering at $21,500. Mr. Thorp, several months ago, also purchased the one hundred feet of nicely wooded vacant at the northeast corner of Seventeenth and Isabella streets, and on the north fifty feet fronting on Seventeenth street and known as No. 108, he expects to break ground within the next few days for a six-room, English colonial, brick resi- dence costing between $21,000 and $22,000. He already has completed a two-car garage on this property. W. R. Maclnnes of Montreal, vice president of the Canadian Pacific Rail- way, and Sir George McLaren Brown of London, England, general European manager of the company, are to be the house guests of W. A.
