Nelp, formerly in charge of the building management depart- ment of Liepold and Hicks, has joined the firm of Hokanson and Jenks, Inc. at Evanston, and will have charge of their new department of building management. Hokanson and Jenks, Inc. now have fully organized departments for all branches of insurance and building management in addition to a very ac- tive sales department. "We are espe- cially pleased in having Mr. Nelp come with us," said Mr. Jenks of the firm, in speaking of the new manager," as we have had a number of requests from our clients who desire us to handle their properties. REALTY BOARD DINNER The North Shore Real Estate board will hold its September dinner and meeting at the Lake Shore Terrace, Wilmette, Monday evening, September 20, at 6:30 o'clock. BUILDS NEW HOME A building permit has been issucd to N. Walther for a $12,000 brick resi- dence and garage at 124 Third street, Wilmette. Lewis B. Springer Manages Floridale Interests in State Ringling and White, Inc., announce the opening of the new Floridale office in Chicago, located in The New Metropolitan building, at 134 North LaSalle street. This office will be under the management of Lewis B. Springer, who will be in charge of Floridale interests in the State of Illi- nois. Mr. Springer is a well known pioneer resident of Wilmette, and he is a direc- tor in the Floridale townsite corpora- tion, who are developing the city of Floridale in the center of the 50,000 acre farm development. After a very thorough investigation of this development and the methods used in building it by Ringling and White, Inc, and the Porter Interests, of Florida, he decided to cast his lot with this organization and became an investor in the project and accepted the management of the State of Illi- nois. Announce $80,000 Sales of Lots in Kenilworth McGuire and Orr's Wilmette office, 348 Linden avenue, report the sale of four Kenilworth lots, aggregating ap- proximately $80,000. While no definite plans have been made by the purchas- ers for immediate improvement of the properties, it is said that in all proba- bility they will build later. Lot 62 on Abingdon avenue, Kenilworth Beach, was sold to W. H. McGrahan of Chi- cago; Lot 5, block 13 on Raleigh road, to Fred Stebbins; Lot 30, block 35, at the southeast corner of Oxford and Sheridan roads, to Roger E. Williams; Lot 8, block 21, Roslyn road, to Chi- cago Title and Trust company.
