Happ, who heads the ticket, for presi- dent, is a son of the late John P. The Happs were among the early settlers in this vicinity. Al Kutz is the nominee for the first clerk of the new village and Bernard Schildgen will be the first police mag- istrate, the nomination of the entire ticket being, in this case, equivalent to election, as there is but one ticket in the field. The six trustees nominated at last week's caucus are, George Selzer, Wil- liam Boetsch, Pete Selzer, John Seul, Leo Retizsinger and Alex Levernier.
