It is located at 1447 Asbury avenue on a fifty foot south front lot, with a depth of 160 feet. The house is a two story English Normandy type of seven room, two baths, breakfast nook and attached garage. Stone and brick are to be used in the construction, with cel- otex insulation all around. A wrought iron balcony and similar trim in front will further feature the exterior de- sign. One of the bath rooms will be done in green and orchid tile and the other in black and white. Both will be fea- tured with colored tile wainscoting. The first floor will be done in sand finish plaster with dark walnut trim, and the second floor walls and wood work will be painted.
