In September Miss Mettler was chosen as fire cap- tain of her particular dormitory and was recently elected to the responsible position of enforcing the fire regula- tion in the sixty dormitories and col- lege houses on the campus. Miss Met- tler is a member of the class of 1928 and belongs to the hockey and basket- ball teams of her class.
