The program has been arranged as follows : Event 1, Scout drill teams, composed of eight boys and a scout leader. Event 2, Knot tying between teams composed of five Scouts each. Event 3, Semaphore between teams of four boys each. Event 4, Making fire by friction; teams to be composed of three boys, each of whom must make fire. Lycoming Engine Used in Elcar 8-82 Series The Lycoming Manufacturing com- pany, Williamsport, Pa., has brought out its new series G eight-in-line en- gine, developing 62 horse-power at 33000 R. P. M. It is a long stroke, L-head type, with block and crankcase cast as a unit. These features are in- corporated in the Elcar 8-82 series, ac- cording to C. A.
